Elevating InnQuest’s Digital Presence from Capstone to Long-Term Collaboration
Project Background
InnQuest was originally introduced to me during my final capstone project as a student. The objective was to modernize their website and improve the user experience across their key product offerings.
What began as a school project evolved into a long-term client relationship. A couple of years after the initial redesign, the InnQuest team reached out again—with new goals:
- Streamline internal workflows through Zoho CRM integration
- Enable their team to efficiently update website content without needing a developer
The Process
Phase 1: The Redesign
- Modernized the visual design and UI, aligning it with SaaS industry best practices
- Improved site architecture for clearer product navigation and resource discovery
- Focused on responsive design and performance optimization
Phase 2: CMS Flexibility
- Transitioned parts of the site to a more intuitive CMS environment
- Set up modular page templates to empower the internal marketing team
- Developed a design system that maintained visual consistency across updates
Phase 3: CRM Integration
- Collaborated with the client’s operations team to streamline contact and lead form data into Zoho CRM
- Optimized call-to-action flow to drive qualified inquiries into sales workflows
- Ensured data security, consistency, and low-friction internal adoption

Final Thoughts
